 VIP Customer Service Executive Gibraltar
Due to substantial growth in our client's online casino, they currently have an excellent opportunity for a VIP Customer Executive to be the principal link between the casino and its VIP customers. The VIP Customer Executive will also act as the principal customer advocate within the organisation.

Responsibilities include:

• Interacting with online customers on a regular basis via telephone and email
• Building in depth, personal relationships with VIP customers
• Managing seat allocation with VIPs for a high profile sport sponsorship deal.
• Retaining VIP customers by keeping them active regularly and maximising the value generated by them
• Initiating and managing campaigns and special VIP promotions.

You will be either a consumer focused or services background gained in a variety of different industries such as telecommunications, hospitality, banking, concierge services, etc. Your key skills include:

• Very strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Excellent Excel skills with the ability to prepare/analyse data and develop contact strategies based on this

The ability to take the initiative and work independently is essential. Experience in online gaming would be an advantage.
